Install: Open DMG → drag to Applications → launch from menu bar.
Access: Internal only. Requires @epiphan.com Google account to sign in.
Setup (2 permissions needed)
- Microphone — captures your voice. macOS will ask automatically on first launch. Click Allow.
- Screen & System Audio Recording — captures customer voice from Zoom/Meet/Teams.
Go to: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording → toggle SouffleurJean on.
Without this, Jean only hears you (not the customer).
After enabling permissions, restart the app.
Chrome Extension — HubSpot Sensor
Auto-detects HubSpot contacts and SalesMessage calls. Coaching starts automatically when you call.
Install from Chrome Web Store
Dev install (manual)
- Download ZIP and unzip
- Open
chrome://extensions
- Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle)
- Click Load unpacked → select unzipped folder
- Click extension icon → Login with Epiphan
